Valentine’s Day usually brings the predictable soundtrack of falling fast and falling hard. Joel and Luke Smallbone reversed the trend and decided to go little closer to home.

Their new single, “Ever & Ever Before,” arrives just ahead of the holiday, but its heartbeat is rooted in years of love. It’s a song shaped by marriage, history, and strength that builds when two people keep showing up for each other.
Joel puts it plainly: “This song isn’t about the fireworks at the beginning. It’s about the long haul and choosing to choose each other again and again.”

For Luke, the story behind it is deeply personal.

“‘Ever and Ever Before’ feels like a reflection and a celebration of the years of marriage we’ve shared with our wives. It just keeps getting better and better with time, and to have both MŌRIAH and Courtney lend their voices once more to a project like this is a special moment for us,” he shares.
